At Neutriva, our goal is to ensure a safe, transparent, and reliable shopping experience for every customer.
Please review the following return and refund guidelines before submitting a request.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, returned items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Food, teas, and all consumable wellness products cannot be returned - whether opened or unopened.
This is due to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
2. How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, you will receive:
- A return authorization confirmation
- Instructions for sending your package
All approved returns must be shipped to:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Neutriva will provide a free prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is not related to product quality issues (e.g., change of mind, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge restocking fees.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Consumable Products - No Returns
Regardless of whether the item is opened or unopened:
- Foods
- Teas
- Supplements
- Herbal blends
- Any ingestible product
Cosmetics & Skincare
- Eligible only if unopened and unused
- Once opened or used, items cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed quality issue
- Personal allergic reactions do not qualify as product defects
Other Non-Returnable Items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items returned without prior authorization

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method
- Processing usually takes up to 10 business days
Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
