Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another email notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary stock delays, we will contact you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment has been processed and the order is confirmed.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or need assistance, please email us as soon as possible — we will do our best to help before the order ships.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item(s).
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
6. No International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
Orders placed with addresses outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.
